BookCab.tech is a SaaS for independent chauffeur and VTC drivers in France: booking site, back office and automations. The studio designed it, builds it and runs it every day. It keeps us honest: we live with our own architecture decisions.

Questions we are asked

Does our data go to OpenAI or elsewhere?

Only if you decide so. We pick the model by data sensitivity: US providers under contracts that exclude training on your content, Mistral with European hosting, or an open model hosted on your side. The choice is written down and justified before we build.

Do we need a tech team to get started with AI?

No. We can handle the technical side entirely and train your teams to use what we build. If you have developers, we work with them and hand over the know-how.

Do you offer AI training for executives?

Yes, one-to-one or in a private group: strategy, use cases, risks, the EU AI Act, and practice on your own topics. Company programmes then cover operational and technical teams.

Where is the studio?

In Paris, registered in Boulogne-Billancourt. We work on site when it helps and remotely otherwise, in English or French.
